so i left baltimore behind. had a great time it is a cool city very mellow and loads fun to be had..managed to stumble upon the king… a burger king..bacon and cheese wopper and a coke, fucking legend….can change a mans life

funny thing the day of my leaving woke up to snow fucking rad….not really hard just mellow snow falling on ground first time for me very enjoyable…

and then it was over the long haul began to the islands

so show is over had a fairly good audience for thanksgiving weekend and all..some interesting people who gave good feedback. one man had come to baltimore, lives in berlin, for a shoulder operation and saw the show told me he could now go into his operation feeling good he had seen something to change his view-point. another lady told me it made her feel happy???

two african american women about up and left when i did the blackface gig but the one stopped the other and said wait lets see where he goes with it…i think they liked the size of my magnificently crafted cock..

well waiting to get out of baltimore a couple of days left then off to slob on the beaches of the carribean for some time..

sitting in theatre robert hanging on ladder as he moves around effortlessly doing the lights for the show UBUNTU opening at baltimore theatre project on saturday 28 november….it has taken me all week to get into the groove and find my way trough the maze of self doubt and bullshit..same shit different day with each performance…..

managed to get plastered all over the local free newspaper the city press..www.citypress.com..so had better get my shit together.

The piece is feeling good it is a strange one lots of improvised open work inside frames…not my usual stuff but am just going with it for now..

the inn on belvedere well this is like living in the shining….a 300 room inn with only one occupant ME…i don’t stand in front of the lift when it opens to fucking scared that some axe wielding lunatic is going to emerge and cut my head off..no really the place is unbelievable there are these old lounges and dining rooms that have had nothing happen in them for years..you can actually feel it no one has sat in one chair for decades..fucking amazing. It is really beautifull shots of my room and outside. It is a very good wingman..once you get them inside they are sold..

so moved into theatre have been carrying around all sorts of junk from the streets and all over loading it into the place..have just finished construction on the shack..i could survive in any ghetto that much i am sure of

double edge weekend

well spent the weekend in the country some hick ville community where we met double edge theater crew they live on a farm out in the country great place and amazing people had a good weekend was able to eat real home cooked food and salad amazing better than the dodgy shit i find myself eating on the streets…some sights of the local crew..check out our live conference conservation on the double edge website

ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK…PHEW .this guy a just left NY

managed to flee from new york with almost everything intact. Had an amazing week watching Performa 09 a peformance festival all over the streets and venues in NY…some radical stuff that explores and opens up the concept of performance. At times very liberating and free but in reflection it makes me realise we are living in a tiny bubble lost on the end of a continent. We are too precious and contained.
